Rezumat | ||||||
The aim of presented study was the molecular diagnosis of Ca. P. solani and Ca. P. asteris infection in tomato, maize and wheat experimental fields in Moldova. Nested PCR analysis allowed identifying Ca. P. solani infection in tomato. The number of infected plants increased in the field over the period of fruits ripening. Maize and wheat experimental fields were free from Ca. P. solani infection. Ca. P. asteris was no identified in the process of monitoring tomato, maize and wheat fields. The main conclusion of the study is that Ca. P. solani infection constitutes a real danger for tomato crops in the conditions of Moldova. |
