The article problematizes the issue of the crisis and the limits of literary representation, relevant in the current context of globalization, of paradigmatic changes in the epistemology of the human and social sciences, of anthropological upheavals and cultural wars. The theme is projected in the interdisciplinary perspective of the complex and diffuse relations of the literary representation with the social imaginary, the historical orientation, the socio-political, cultural and aesthetic-literary conditions.

Articolul problematizează chestiunea crizei și limitelor reprezentării literare, relevantă în contextul actual de globalizare, de mutații paradigmatice în epistemologia științelor umane și sociale, de bulversări antropologice și războaie culturale. Tema este proiectată în perspectiva interdisciplinară a relațiilor complexe și difuze ale reprezentării literare cu imaginarul social, orientarea istorică, condițiile sociopolitice, culturale și estetico-literare.
