Rezumat

This article refers to the stressful situations of the teachers in the activity with children with special educational needs, the directions of psychological assistance to remedy the problems caused by the psycho-emotional states. In order to ensure a coherent and coordinated approach for the psychological assistance of teachers from the perspective of educational policies, to achieve the ambitious objectives of the national and international structures, it is necessary to adapt to lifelong learning principles. In this context, the European Disability Strategy 2010-2020, the National Strategy „Education–2020” (2014), the Education Code of the Republic of Moldova (2014), the Program of activity of the Government of the Republic of Moldova “,European Integration: Freedom, Democracy, Welfare” (2009-2013), the Concept Note on the National Strategy „Moldova 2030” (2018) etc., highlights the importance of extending certain psychological psychological mechanisms of certain emotional stresses determined by the teachers in the process of professional activity.
