В условиях неблагоприятной эпидемиологической ситуации по туберкулезу в Пермском крае с достаточно высоким охватом профилактическими осмотрами населения, увеличивается частота запущенных форм туберкулеза у детей при снижении заболеваемости. Каждая пятая мать среди не привитых БЦЖ-вакциной отказалась от ее проведения. В связи с этим проведено анкетирование 108 жительниц Пермского края. Средний возраст респондентов составил 40,2 ± 12,8 лет. Установлены достаточно хорошие знания о туберкулезе, о необходимости ежегодного обследования методами пробы Манту, флюорографии. Для профилактики туберкулеза используется БЦЖ-вакцина. Каждая четвертая (25%) не имеет представления о пробе Манту, каждая пятая (19,4%) флюорографию не проходила 2 и более лет. Таким образом, население Пермского края нуждается и имеет желание получать информацию по радио, телевидению и в СМИ.
