Tomatoes varieties Iuliperuan, Iulihirsutian, Jacota, Anatolie and CerryDani obtained as a result of spontaneous hybridization between the Solanum lycopersicum peruvianum var. dentatum CH Mull. with and the Victorina variety (Solanum lycopersicum L.), by in vitro culture of embryos and undeveloped ovules. Flacăra and Mia, was obtained as a result of spontaneous hybridization between the Solanum lycopersicum hirsutum var. glabratum CH Mull. with small green fruit with glandular hairs and the Prizior variety (Solanum lycopersicum L.) with red medium-sized fruit, reproduced by in vitro culture. The investigations have had as a major goal the indentification of gene sourse for the improvement of the biochemical features of the tomatoes varieties. Its were tested: total dry substances content of the fruits, sugars, total acidity and vitamin C. |
