In our days, the necessity to support managerial decision-making process has  become essential, and use of a measuring system has become important. Efficient management of the entity requires compliance of some measures related to customers, shareholders, employees, public information system etc. If we talk about importance of the decision making process, the first objective of this study paper is focused on description and implementation of Map strategies, which is the general model of the Balanced Scorecard system, the main functions of Balanced Scorecard in order to achieve the desired level of performance and taking appropriate decisions.
