Problema locului şi rolului persoanei în spaţiul juridico-statal şi în cadrul sistemului politic al societăţii contemporane este una deosebit de actuală pentru doctrina juridică şi practica socială. În prezent, modernizarea societăţii a accentuat şi mai mult semnificaţia deosebită a statutului juridic al persoanei, în calitatea sa de cea mai importantă categorie politico-juridică, strâns legată de structura socială a societăţii, nivelul democraţiei şi starea legalităţii. Respectiv, în cele ce urmează ne propunem o succintă analiză a statutului persoanei în statul de drept, cu scopul elucidării esenței, particularităților și legăturii sale cu alte categorii similare.

The issue of the place and role of the person in the legal space and political system of contemporary society is a very actual for legal doctrine and social practice. Currently, namely the modernization of society has widened further special significance of legal status of the person. Respectively, it is considered one of the most important political and legal categories, closely linked to the social structure of society, the level of democracy and legality. Respectively, in the following we propose a brief analysis of the status of the person in the rule of law, with the purpose of elucidating its essence, particularities and its connection with other similar categories.
