The financial stability of a state is important for any economy, regardless of its degree of development, because with the financial institutions, the main activities are carried out for all economic sectors. So, the financial system crisis can lead to economic bottlenecks, direct losses, and a drop in the rate of economic growth and may even lead to a recession. That is why there is a need for a more rigorous investigation of all the elements of a state's financial stability. However, literature and economic practice have not yet reached a common point on the content of the concept of "financial stability". |
