Rezumat

This article is about the relationship between legality and moral duty in the context of professional activity of the bailiff. In the article are addressed issues related to moral philosophical standpoints debt through debt and the kantian concept of both opposite opinions and relation between law and morality: the philosophy of idealistic European, who believes the law to be applied always in such a way as to be consistent with the moral and pragmatic thinking Anglo-Saxon who argue that no matter the moral content of the law but also the result of applying them. The authors noted that the moral debt of the mission bailiff may be disclosed only to subordinating a „moral good”, correlating it with other ethical categories: „right”, „respect”, „honor”, „modesty”, „devotion”, „courage”, „solidarity”.
