The study deals with an important issue within the Romanian-Soviet relations after the break of the Vienna negotiations from March 27 to April 2, 1924. Based on new documentary sources, the author analyzes N. Titulescu’s dispute with Cr. Rakowsky in the international press on the matter of Bessarabia, in the context in which the Soviet Union wanted to maintain a permanent state of tension with Romania, but also to remodel the Optics of the Great Powers on the issue of Bessarabia. |
