<description xml:lang='ro' descriptionType='Abstract'><p>Progresul tehnico-ştiinţific este de neconceput fără un sistem de protecţie efectivă a drepturilor asupra proprietăţii intelectuale. Asigurarea protecţiei dreptului de autor şi drepturilor conexe reprezintă un factor important pentru păstrarea moştenirii naţionale, constituind un element esenţial al dezvoltării unui stat. Autorii abordează problema protecţiei penale a drepturilor de autor dezvăluind &icirc;n cunoștinţă de cauză raporturile juridico-penale care apar odată cu privarea unei persoane de aceste drepturi. Conţinutul acestor raporturi cuprinde dreptul statului de a-l trage la răspundere penală pe infractor şi a-l obliga pe acesta de a suporta consecinţele faptei sale. Pentru soluţionarea unor astfel de confl icte, iscate &icirc;ntre stat şi infractor, este necesară o activitate succesivă din partea statului.</p></description>
<description xml:lang='en' descriptionType='Abstract'><p>Technical-scientific progress is unthinkable without a system of eff ective protection of intellectual property rights. Protection of copyright and related rights is an important factor in preserving the national heritage, being an essential element of the development of a state. The authors tackle the issue of copyright protection by knowingly revealing the legal-criminal relationships that arise with the deprivation of a person of these rights. The content of these reports covers the right of the state to prosecute the off ender and oblige him to bear the consequences of his deed. In order to resolve such confl icts aroused between the state and the off ender, a successive activity by the state is necessary.</p></description>
