In a democratic society the existence of an independent justice is the general objective of law. Ensuring a fair trial where the rights of the subjects will be respected and settled disputes according to the law and the principles of law is the responsibility of the courts. Guarantees established in this respect, such as ensuring the right to a defense, the right to have an interpreter, the independence of judges and their submission to the law, the presumption of innocence, and free access to justice are generally the guiding principles of justice. |
