Many economic specialists assert that there are four types of resources in the enterprise ma-nagement. These resources are concentrated in the material, financial, human and informational potential. In addition to this, enterprise management uses a resource, which some entrepreneurs do not take into account and neglects its correct administra-tion, and that is the time. Time seemed to be an abstract notion that cannot be mana-ged, but activities performed over a certain period of time can be effectively managed. Under the Paretto principle, 20% of the invested resources bring 80% efficiency, and inversely 80% of the invested resources bring 20% efficiency.
