In this scientific paper I will talk about relationships between the ma-nager and the employees and what consequences or improvements can create a conflict. I will address the issue of organizational conflicts, especially the issues of communi-cation and organizational behavior. I will highlight the causes and reasons that would lead to the controversy between the employees of an enterprise and the fact that a conflict can also have a positive effect and will demonstrate how and why. I will express my opinions and thoughts on the issue of conflicts between managers and employees. |
