The article is based on a comparative analysis to determine the concentration of resveratrol in the juice of berries of wild grape and its content in the berries of varieties derived from the hybridization. The study revealed that in wild berry juice of grapes, resveratrol concentration of about two times higher in comparison with the next generation resulting hybridization. That is, as you create more generations, are moving away from their wild representatives of the concentration of resveratrol in juice grapes decreases. |
