This article examines the key aspects of performance management for civil servants, examining international practices in the field. Today, more than introducing new management techniques, adapting public administration to the new requirements of good governance, productivity, competitiveness, performance depend on the importance of human potential, the quality of services and the quality of activity process. The reflection on this issue focuses on the public function in the Republic of Moldova. |
