This article takes a close look at recent trends, focusing on total intra-EU trade in goods and the most traded products. Trade in goods and services makes a significant contribution to increasing sustainable growth and creating jobs. EU membership reduces trade costs between the UK and the EU: this makes goods and services cheaper for UK consumers and allows UK businesses to export more. The integration of national economies into a global economic system has been one of the most important developments of the last century. This process of integration, often called Globalization, has materialized in a remarkable growth in trade between countries. The purpose of the research is to investigate the principles of the development of international trade in post-crisis conditions. |
