This article provides an analysis of the regulatory framework of Ukraine on the issue of regulation of the public relations in the management and maintenance of apartment buildings. The author of the article identifies the forms of management and maintenance of apartment buildings that exist in Ukraine today and presents their significant differences. Based on the analysis of the regulatory framework, the author concludes about the feasibility for co-owners of multi-family residential buildings to choose one or another form of management and maintenance of multi-family residential buildings
