Rezumat

The quality of the personnel of consumer services is characterized by a combination of many factors, and assumes a good command of professional knowledge, skills, high ethical and aesthetic culture. In this case the quality indicators are often quantitative characteristics of one or more properties of the service (service) that make up its quality. The purpose of this article is the identification and justification of significance of various factors on the quality characteristics of home services. In conclusion made conclusions.
