The deeper understanding of the trends that are always present in the evolution of the football game is of great importance for establishing priorities in the technical-tactical content of the game, among the other factors of the training, as well as for a more correct orientation of the training process and training players, in line with these trends and priorities, resulting in qualitative enhancements marked by team and player performance in all physical, technical, tactical and psychological components of the game. The individual action by which the central defense marker prevents the opponent from directly receiving the ball or directing towards the goal. The main research method used is the arithmetic tactic in which the data obtained will be used in a positive change in the training process to achieve better performance in the near future. For good performance, they work in conditions close to playing with semiotic opponents, which will lead to a good tactical and psychical evolution in future sports competitions. It can be concluded that significant aspects, such as the need to adapt the characteristics of modern football to age specifics, to eliminate the deficiencies, to exercise the functions of a central marker defender, require additional skills and knowledge that can be acquired through the full use of time of collective training and especially individual. |
