In the article, the authors examined one of the most widespread contracts in the modern civil turnover - the distribution agreement. Unfortunately, this agreement did not find legal regulation in the current legislation of the Republic of Moldova. As a result of the conducted research, the authors concluded that the distribution contract is independent in the system of civil law contracts. On the basis of the study, a number of proposals have been proposed to improve the current legislation regarding the legal regulation of the distribution agreement. |
