Rezumat

The article refers to implementation of leadership principles and methodology as important factors in ensuring the professional development of teachers and thus to improve the educational process at class, school and learning community levels. Also, based on recent research in the field, are offered the basic pedagogical conditions for efficient activity of teachers leaders: organizational culture and professional learning community, reflected in Methodological Model of Teacher Leadership. Nonetheless, are presented practical recommendations for successful implementation of educational leadership at the school level.
