În contextul modificării paradigmelor conceptual-estetice ce au avut loc în artele decorative din RSSM în deceniile opt și nouă ale sec. al XX-lea, creația plasticianului Nelly Sajin este relevantă atât din punct de vedere al preferințelor tematice, cât și din punct de vedere al metamorfozelor imaginii survenite în urma interferențelor dintre modalitățile de constituire morfologică a formei, procedeele sintactice de structurare compozițională a imaginii, polivalența manierelor tehnologice de operare cu materialele. Conexiunile de ansamblu ale mijloacelor artistice și materiale, promovate consecvent de către ceramistă în creație, au contribuit eminent la optimizarea expresiei estetice și amplificarea coordonatelor semantice ale operelor acesteia. Plastician receptiv la opțiuinile artistice ale timpului, Nelly Sajin a fost pasionată de mai multe genuri ale artelor decorative, acestea influențându-i decisiv creația. In the context of the modification of conceptual-aesthetic paradigms that took place in the decorative arts of the Moldavian SSR in the eighth and ninth decades of the XX century, the creation of the plastic artist Nelly Sajin is relevant both from the point of view of thematic preferences and from the point of view the metamorphoses of the image emerging from the novel interferences between the modalities of morphological shaping of the form, the syntactic methods of compositional structure of the image, and the versatility of the technological modes of operation with the materials. The overall connections of the artistic and material means, consistently promoted by the ceramist in her creation, contributed eminently to the optimization of the aesthetic expression and the amplification of the semantic coordinates of her works. A plastic artist, receptive to the artistic options of the time, Nelly Sajin was passionate about several genres of decorative arts, which decisively influenced her creation. Being well acquainted with the ceramic materials and their aesthetic expression, the artist managed to harmoniously combine the radial shape of pottery with decorative and sculptural-volumetric shapes, creating works of high aesthetic value and vast semantic reverberation..
