Rezumat | ||||||
It was agreed that the development of behavior both intellectual and moral is dependent on interpersonal relationships between teacher and student. The teacher’s democratic style forms the decorous personality. Teaching activity involves psychological mechanisms: empathy, suggestion, imitation. Relationships between teacher and student have the following aspects: comprehensive, intellectual counseling, conflicting, scientific
cooperation, tolerant attitude. Nurturing skills and job skills for future policemen are in continuing education of teachers influence and establishing beneficial interpersonal relationships.
