Стаття присвячена аналізу морально-правового регулювання поведінки військовослужбовців в умовах реформування Збройних Сил України з позицій сучасного розуміння форм буттєвості права. Наголошується, що буттєвість права має плюралістичний характер, який загалом відповідає світу. Сучасне розуміння філософсько-правових концепцій права підкреслює їх взаємозв’язок з мораллю. Досліджуючи моральний аспект системи загальних принципів сучасного бачення права, автор підкреслює, що тільки діалектична єдність моралі і права є методологічною основою ефективного регулювання поведінки військовослужбовців у контексті викликів сучасності.

The article is devoted to the analysis of moral and legal regulation of servicemen’s behavior in the conditions of reforming of Armed forces of Ukraine with positions of contemporary understanding of living options and law. It stresses that the law has got pluralistic character which in general corresponds to the world. Contemporary understanding of philosophical and legal concepts of the law underlines their relationship with morality. Investigating moral aspect of system of the general principles of contemporary view of law the author underlines that the dialectic unity of moral and law is a methodological basis of effective regulation of officer’s behavior in the context of challenge of the day.

Articolul este dedicat analizei reglementării morale și legale a comportamentului militarilor în condițiile reformării Forțelor Armate ale Ucrainei din punctul de vedere al înțelegerii moderne a formelor de existență a legii. Se remarcă faptul că nelegiuirea legii este pluralistă, care, în general, corespunde lumii. Înțelegerea modernă a conceptelor filosofice și juridice ale legii pune accentul pe relația lor cu moralitatea. Investigând aspectul moral al sistemului de principii generale ale viziunii moderne a dreptului, autorul subliniază că numai unitatea dialectică a moralității și a dreptului este baza metodologică pentru o reglementare eficientă a comportamentului militarilor în contextul provocărilor din epoca noastră.
