В статье с помощью антропосоциокультурного научного подхода исследуется правовое понятие инфляции. Автор акцентирует внимание на неадекватности существующих в экономике понятий инфляции для их применения в правовой науке. В работе выделено три конститутивных элемента правового понятия инфляции: ее атрибутивность общественному развитию (бытийность инфляции), трансцендентальный обмен потребностями (правами) и асимметричность в способах формирования и удовлетворения потребностей вследствие действия закона возвышения потребностей. Делается вывод о неизбежности в рамках человеческой цивилизации инфляции блага, которая в основном проявляется в обесценивании денежных средств.

In the article the legal concept of inflation is explored by means of the anthroposociocultural scientific approach. The author focuses attention on the inadequacy of the existing concepts of inflation in the economy for their application in legal science. Three constitutive elements of the legal concept of inflation are singled out in the paper: its attribution to the social development (the beingness of inflation), the transcendental exchange of needs (rights) and the asymmetry in the ways of formation and satisfying of needs due to the effect of the law of rising necessities. The conclusion is made about the inevitability of inflation of the good within the framework of human civilization, which is mainly manifested in the depreciation of money

În articol, cu ajutorul abordării științifice antropozocioculare, este explorat conceptul juridic al inflației. Autorul focalizează atenția asupra inadecvării conceptelor economice existente în economie pentru aplicarea lor în știința juridică. Lucrarea a subliniat cele trei elemente constitutive ale conceptelor juridice ale inflației: ea attributiveness dezvoltarea socială (inflație-Ness), un schimb transcendental are nevoie (drepturi) și asimetrie în procesele de formare și de a răspunde nevoilor legii, ca urmare a elevației nevoilor. Concluzia inevitabilitatea ca parte a civilizației umane, inflația bună, care se manifestă în principal în devalorizarea banilor.
