The study includes a presentation of the legal framework regulating of leasing institution in Moldova, its evolution and the intersectoral character. They are set both the normative acts and policies that were important prerequisites for the development of legislation in regard, as well as legislative acts in force in different branches of legislation containing important legal norms regulating legal relations of the leasing. |
