В статье рассмотрены вопросы создания и функционирования конституционно-правового механизма защиты несовершеннолетних потерпевших на дальнем востоке Российской Федерации. Подробно проанализирована деятельность государственных правоохранительных органов в хабаровском крае. Авторами детально рассматривается структура органов, обеспечивающих права и законные интересы пострадавших от преступлений несовершеннолетних. Особое внимание уделено деятельности Уполномоченного по правам ребёнка в Хабаровском крае. Освещены отдельные аспекты межведомственного взаимодействия различных государственных органов и органов местного самоуправления с правоохранительными органами в части обеспечения прав несовершеннолетних потерпевших от преступных посягательств.

In the article the questions of creation and functioning of the constitutional legal mechanism of protection of minors of the victims in the far East of the Russian Federation. Analyzed in detail the activities of state police in the Khabarovsk region. The authors considered the structure of the bodies ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of victims of juvenile crime. Special attention is paid to the activity of the Commissioner for children’s rights in the Khabarovsk territory. Illuminated certain aspects of interagency cooperation of various state bodies and bodies of local self-government with law enforcement to ensure the rights of juvenile victims of criminal assault.

În articol se analizează crearea și funcționarea mecanismului constituțional și juridic pentru protecția victimelor minore din estul Federației Ruse. Activitățile organelor de drept din regiunea Habarovsk sunt analizate în detaliu. Autorii analizează în detaliu structura organismelor care asigură drepturile și interesele legitime ale minorilor afectați de infracțiuni. O atenție deosebită este acordată activităților comisarului pentru drepturile copilului din teritoriul Habarovsk. Sunt evidențiate unele aspecte ale interacțiunii interdepartamentale a diferitelor organe de stat și a organismelor de autoguvernare locală cu organele de drept în ceea ce privește asigurarea drepturilor minorilor victimelor infracțiunilor criminale.
