У статті досліджуються різні підходи вчених до визначення поняття «забезпечення доказів» у цивільному процесі України, на основі вироблених у науці понять здійснена спроба проаналізувати зміст цього інституту й виробити єдине поняття «забезпечення доказів» з урахуванням особливостей змістових характеристик цього явища

The article investigates different approaches of scientists to the definition of the concept of providing evidence in the civil process of Ukraine, on the basis of the concepts developed in science; an attempt was made to analyze the content of this institution and develop a single concept of providing evidence, taking into account the peculiarities of the content characteristics of this phenomenon.
