У статті проводиться порівняльно-правове дослідження кримінального законодавства пострадянських держав у частині регулювання відповідальності за злочини у сфері доказування. Подається узагальнена характеристика відповідної групи посягань, визначаються прогалини у правовому регулюванні кримінальної відповідальності за злочини, що посягають на встановлений законом порядок збирання та фіксування доказів під час здійснення офіційного провадження. Виконується розгорнутий аналіз статей, у яких передбачена кримінальна відповідальність за такі види злочинної поведінки, як фальсифікація доказів, лжесвідчення, відмова від надання свідчень.

In the article, a comparative legal study of the criminal legislation of the post-Soviet countries in the regulation of liability for crimes in the field of evidence is carried out. The general characteristic of the corresponding group of offenses is given. Gaps will be identified in the legal regulation of criminal liability for crimes that infringe on the established procedure for collecting and recording evidence in the course of official proceedings. A detailed analysis of the articles in which responsibility is established for such types of criminal behavior as falsification of evidence, perjury, refusal of testimony is provided.
