Morbiditatea prin cancer laringian în Republica Moldova constituie cca 3,6-3,8%, anual fiind diagnosticate 140-160 cazuri primare de îmbolnăvire. Ponderea bolnavilor depistați în cazuri avansate constituie 75-80%, iar mortalitatea atinge indicii de 1,9-2,2%. În perioada anilor 1980-2016 în Institutul Oncologic au fost trataţi peste 2000 de bolnavi cu cancer laringian stadiile I, IIa, IIb, IIIa,IIIb, IVa. A fost efectuat tratament radioterapeutic, chirurgical, crioterapeutic, lazeroterapie (st. I-II), combinat și complex în diferită succesivitate (st. IIIa-IIIb). A fost efectuată analiza statistică, durata perioadei fără recidive și metastaze la 1101 pacienți cu cancer laringian local avansat st. IIIa, IIIb supuși diferitor variante de tratament combinat. Se planifică de a elabora scheme de tratament imunomodulator, fortificând imunitatea prin aplicarea preparatelor imunostimulatoare, ameliorând rezultatele tratamentului la distanță.

The laryngeal cancer morbidity in the Republic of Moldova is 3.6-3.8%, being diagnosed 140-160 of new cases annualy. 75-80% of patients are detected in the late stages and mortality is about 1.9-2.2%. In between 1980 and 2016 in our Institute were treated over 2000 patients with laringeal cancer (stages I, IIa, IIb, IIIa, IIIb, IVa). Patients with st I-II were treated by radiotherapy, surgery, cryotherapy and laser-therapy, and patients with st IIIa-IIIb received combined and complex treatment in different sequences. The free period of local recurrence and distal metastases were statistically analyzed at 1101 patients with locally advanced laryngeal cancer in st. IIIa and IIIb who received different types of combined treatment. We plan to establish a new scheme of immunomodulator treatment to enforce the immunity of the body by using immunostimulant drugs in order to achieve better results of the treatment at the distance.

Заболеваемость раком гортани в Республике Молдова составляет 3,6-3,8%. Ежегодно диагностируются 140160 первичных больных. Число больных выявленных в запущенных стадиях составляет 75-80%, а смертность достигает уровня 1,9-2,2%. В период 1980-2016 в Институте Онкологии лечились больше 2000 больных раком гортани в стадиях: I, IIa, IIb, IIIa,IIIb, IVа. Было проведено: радиотерапия, хирургическое лечение, криотерапия, лазеротерапия (в ст. I-II) и комбинированное лечение в различной последовательности лучевого, хирургического компонентов (в ст. IIIa-IIIb). Был проведен статистический анализ, длительность безрецидивного периода 1101 больных местно распространенным раком гортани IIIa-IIIb ст. подвергшихся комбинированному методу лечения. Будут выработаны схемы иммуномодулярного лечения, стимулируя иммунитет с помощью иммунопрепаратов, улучшая отдаленные результаты лечения.
