The problem of viral hepatitis blood transmisible is actual for the Chisinau municipality. The present research highlights the multi-etiological structure of viral hepatitis B, C (VHB, C) in the Chisinau municipality. During the last 22 years, it was proved the decreasing trends of VHB morbidity, mostly influenced by the vaccination implementation against VHB and by the stabilization of HCV morbidity. An argument in the way of reducing HBV serves the rate change of some transmission ways. Studying morbidity according to the age groups shows a significant decrease of VHB in the age group between 18-24 years old and an increase indicator in the age group between 25-29 years old, while for the HVC - an increasing trend in the age group over 50 years old, being more emphasized at people older (than 65 years old). |
