Статья посвящена актуальной для нашего государства проблеме противодействия расследованию и путям ее решения. В работе предпринята попытка осветить возможности диагностики в выявлении указанных проявлений. На основании анализа мнений ученых, уделявших внимание данной проблематике, предложены направления ее решения. Отмечено, что степень воздействия находится в зависимости от тяжести совершенного преступления и наличия заинтересованных лиц, обладающих в первую очередь властными полномочиями. На этом основании приведены наиболее характерные для внутренней и внешней форм противодействия проявления и присущие им признаки. Сосредоточено внимание на том, что тщательный анализ уголовного производства и проявлений признаков противодействия могут способствовать обнаружению еще не установленных правоохранительными органами фактов совершения преступлений и их участников.

The article is devoted to the problem of counteracting the investigation and ways of its solution, actual for our country. In this work an attempt was made to highlight the diagnostic capabilities in identifying these manifestations. Based on the analysis of the opinions of the scientists who paid attention to this problem, the directions of its solution were proposed. It is stressed that the degree of influence is depending on the severity of the crime committed and the presence of persons interested in them, in the first place, possessing authority. On this basis, the most characteristic of the internal and external forms of counteraction manifestation and features inherent to it are given. Focused attention is paid to the fact that thorough analysis of criminal proceedings and manifestations and signs of counteraction can be revealed by the law enforcement agencies not yet established the facts of committing crimes and their participants.
