Статтю присвячено висвітленню проблеми визначення функцій і повноважень органів системи Міністерства внутрішніх справ України у сфері технічного регулювання. Розглядаються окремі функції технічного регулювання, які виконують органи системи Міністерства внутрішніх справ України; визначаються повноваження таких органів щодо реалізації функцій технічного регулювання; проводиться аналіз адміністративно-правового регулювання діяльності органів системи Міністерства внутрішніх справ України щодо реалізації функцій технічного регулювання; виділяються окремі недоліки у досліджуваній сфері.  

The article is devoted to the problem of determining the functions and powers of the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the field of technical regulation. The separate functions of technical regulation performed by the bodies of the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine are considered; the powers of these bodies regarding the implementation of the functions of technical regulation are determined; the analysis of the administrative and legal regulation of the activities of the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine system for the implementation of the functions of technical regulation; there are some disadvantages in this area.
