Rezumat | ||||||
The problem of competence, after the 3rd edition of the school curriculum, disrupted national education. Author pleads for “the change of the curriculum based on objectives to the one based on competences”, describes the term of “subcompetence” and explains the original concept of educational competences, when the educational objectives are designed competences, but educational aims are brought up ones. As a national first, the author defines the third component of competence - attitudes, and discriminates them into a system of psycho-emotional and behavioral manifestations that may be evaluated. |
