Over the last 5-7 years the scientific views as the base of the management career researches have changed radically. As a replacement of the ideas about career promotion which is carried out in one - two organizations, in the stable environment, assuming linear model of career growth with an estimation of the success expressed in increase of wages, the new approach to researches in this area comes. These changes are examined in present article. |
