Rezumat

Parliament's work in international relations was based on constitutional provisions granting both Houses of Parliament the power to ratify international treaties and conventions, bilateral cooperation agreements. An important role in the conduct of foreign policy at parliamentary level, I have two foreign policy committees: the Senate Committee for Foreign Policy and Foreign Policy Committee of the Chamber of Deputies. Both are composed of parliamentarians with expertise in external activities. The article reflected the activity of the Romanian Parliament in foreign policy, with the active participation as a member of the EU, the development and implementation of coherent solutions to the current problems of Europe and re-invigorate economic growth, combat unemployment, overcoming the tendencies of internal fragmentation creating an "energy union" European economic governance architecture finalizing relationships with a neighborhood marked by instability. Parliament adopts declarations, resolutions and appeals to other legislateve bodies in connection with some international issues. These documents, tho-ugh with lower net legal effect of international treaties, yet exercised a moral-political impact on the issues that interest the community.
