The article notes the need for the formation and development in the agricultural industry cluster formation in the region, the activities of which will improve the competitiveness of agricultural producers. The development of the cluster is planned to be based on the principle of the process chain, while ensuring a close relationship of production and sale of the final product. The implementation of cluster technology should be directed on realization of synergies, balance of interests of the cluster organization ef cient management system. Like any complexly organized system – the agricultural cluster requires coordination between all the participants, which is associated with a variety of legal forms, size and scale of the operation, as well as to ensure a balance of production processes. To effectively manage the cluster needs of organizational and economic mechanism, whose main task is to ensure the organizational unity of the agricultural cluster of economic entities in improving performance.
