The article considers the world market of milk and dairy products. It is established that world market of milk and dairy products are characterized by an excessive supply of raw milk and, consequently, lower prices. At the same time, customers’ demand of these products is characterized by inelasticity and there is no possibility to change decision to increase the volume of purchases. For achievement equilibrium in the world market of milk and dairy products, and eliminate the negative effects of overproduction we have to reduce the milk production around the globe. |
