Rezumat

More than 1700 children are born prematurely this constitutes 5 % from all the birth. The premature birth (PB) consequences constituted a major health problem both in our country as well in the whole world. Perinatal mortality in Moldova over the last year has grown from 116,0 ‰ in 2012 to 157,1 ‰ in 2013 despite the fact that the number of preterm infants remained constant 6%.In this research we wanted to eliminate the general particularities in the pregnant women who gave birth prematurely. Our investigations were directioned to socio-demographic clinical particularities determination and necessary argumentation of pregnant women identification, who have a higher probability to give birth before 36 6 weeks. In order to realize the proposed aim we did a retrospective study of premature birth, which took place in Mather and Child Care in 2013. 394 cases of premature birth were rigorously selected in this study. Medical abortion, ectopic pregnancy, anemia, HIS, pyelonephritis, asymptomatic bacteriuria and pathology of the thyroid gland does not pose a significant risk for this pathology.
