This paper analyses the importance of fostering creativity in the practice of manufacturing organizations. Main factors influencing employee creativity are discussed. The emphasis is placed on the influence of creativity on innovation. It has been acknowledged that withinvarious contexts creativity is investigated in different aspects and in the scientific literature is perceived doubly: as a characteristic of a person able to think creatively and as a process of the organization and a creative product resulting of it. |
