Extracţia dentară cu apariţia comunicării oro — antrale impune cunoașterea mai aprofundată a clinicii, a diagnosticului și metodelor de tratament. Leziunile sinusale perforative au constituit 2,4% din numărul total al bolnavilor trataţi ân secţia de ChOMF, fenomen stabilit оn premieră. Majoritatea bolnavilor sunt din Chișinău — 57%. Persoanele ce posedă asigurare medicală obligatorie sunt 68,8%. Durata spitalizării a variat de la 4 la 7 zile și constituie — 40,9%. Adresarea de sinestătător — 57%. Pacienţii care s-au adresat la medic оn prima zi au constituit doar 8,6%. Leziunile sinusale cronice perforative s-au plasat pe primul loc cu 52,68% și pe ultimul loc cu 19% s-a plasat comunicarea oro-sinusală. Frecvenţa dinţilor ce au dus la implicarea sinisului maxilar din stвnga — 67,74%. Dintele 6 a fost implicat оn 56,98% cazuri și prin parodontită cronică оn 92,5% astfel, fiind, factor etiologic. Plastia COS cu lambou vestibular s-a înregistrat în 77,41%. La 19% din bolnavi s-au înlăturat preventiv corpii străini. Tratamentul cu anestezie locală оn 76,3%.

Tooth extraction that leads to oro-antral communication requires deeper knowledge of the signs, diagnostic and treatment techniques. Perforative sinus injures represented 2,4 % of the whole number of patients from Oro-Maxilo-Facial Surgery Section, phenomenon fixed for the first time. Most of the patients are from Chisinau-57%.
