Rezumat

The article analyzes the general condition and dynamics of development of electronic interaction between public authorities in Ukraine and compares the degree of readiness of e-government in Ukraine and the former Soviet countries in the European Region. It is concluded that the level of readiness of Ukraine to the introduction of e-government is low negative (dynamics EGDI - (- 0.0424) over the past 10 years. Comparison of readiness for e-government in other post-Soviet countries in the European region with Ukraine shows their better dynamics and successes in this area, which involves the study of their experience for its subsequent use in Ukraine. Based on the analysis of the legal framework relating to the research of key problematic aspects of interaction in the public authorities in Ukraine in the sphere of implementation and development of e-governmentare identified.
