Rezumat

This article analyzes the second volume of poetry by one of the most important poets of the generation 70 of the space between the Prut and Nistru - Andrei Ţurcanu. In the prozo-poems of this journal of elegies for the last minds, held in the period from 31 December 1999 to 29 March 2000, it’s establisheda counter-utopia of a sick political system, of totalitarian essence, like Moldova, going through a difficult period of transition. It is also a reaction of a lucid consciousness, of a temperament totally engaged in the city’s problems, in disagreement with the noisy and festivist patriotism of our political, social and cultural darkness’ bustle. As hermetic and reflective, in the spirit of pure poetry, the poems of “Nessos” of the first volume were, such iconoclastic, “heretical” and transitive, transparent, deliberately involved, sometimes rhetoric messianic, the elegiac verses are, being full of shadows and alienation, illuminated by a tragic consciousness of the impossible options. The piercing eye of the poet has the horrifying revelation of a world adrift, sensing the nearness of the apocalypse in the mioritical space where a brother is able to envy and betray his own brother.
