The article examines the relationship between the development of civic culture and the efficiency of the functioning of democracy in the Republic of Moldova. The author tries to explain the low level of civic culture in Moldova by some of the objective and subjective reasons. At the end of the article the author proposes a number of measures designed to facilitate the leaning of democratic orientations by the moldovan society. |
