В данной статье авторами рассмотрены и раскрыты основные теоретические идеи и взгляды относительно понимания сущности диспозитивности как одного из принципов гражданского процесса. Авторами исследованы содержание и сущность принципа диспозитивности, его проявление на стадиях гражданского процесса.

In this article the authors considered and disclosed the basic theoretical ideas and views on the understanding of the nature of optionality as one of the principles of civil procedure. The authors also investigated the content and essence of the principle of optionality, and its manifestation through the stages of civil process.
