În prezent, în Europa şi SUA tratamentul cu iod radioactiv este una dintre metodele de bază în tratamentul radical al cancerului tiroidian înalt diferenţiat şi guşă difuză toxică. Această metodă poate fi, de asemenea, folosită în tratarea copiilor. IMSP Institutul Oncologic din Republica Moldova (IMSP IO RM) la fel şi multe alte instituţii medicale de acelaşi profi l din Europa, este în căutarea de noi soluţii, proiecte pentru diagnosticarea şi tratamentul precoce al patologiilor oncologice. IMSP IO RM este singura instituţie abilitată în diagnosticul şi tratamentul cancerului tiroidian din RM. Echipa noastră de cinci medici şi-a stabilit obiectivul de a dezvolta şi implementa un proiect în diagnosticul şi tratamentul cancerului tiroidian cât şi a altor patologii tiroidiene, utilizând iodul radioactiv. RM – este o zonă endemică, cu incidenţă crescută de diverse patologii tiroidiene, care apar la diferite vârste, sexe. Având în vedere incidenţa crescută a patologiilor tiroidiene în ţară, implementarea în practică a proiectului propus, va asigura diagnosticarea precoce, tratamentul şi monitorizarea ulterioară a acestor pacienţi prin obţinerea de indicatori calitativi şi cantitativi mult aşteptaţi. La elaborarea acestui proiect, ne-am consultat cu specialistul din acest domeniu al dispanserului oncologic clinic orăşenesc din Мinsc, Belorusia, d-ul Oleg Baranovski, medic radiolog. Noi îi aducem sincere mulţumiri pentru colaborare în cadrul acestui proiect.

Currently, in Europe and U.S. radioactive iodine therapy is one of the basic methods of radical treatment of highly differentiated thyroid cancer and diffuse toxic goiter. This method can also be used in the treatment of children. Oncology Institute of the Republic Moldova (RM) as well as many other medical institutions of the same kind in Europe, is looking for new solutions and projects for early diagnosis and treatment of oncology pathologies. Oncology Institute of the Republic of Moldova is the only institution authorized in the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid cancer in the country. Our team of five doctors has set the goal to develop and implement a project in the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid cancer and other thyroid pathologies using radioactive iodine. RM – is an endemic area with a high incidence of various thyroid pathologies that occur at different ages, genders. Given the high incidence of thyroid pathologies in the country, the practical implementation of the proposed project will provide early diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of these patients by obtaining qualitative and quantitative indicators than wait. In developing this project, we consulted with the expert in the fi eld of Urban Clinical oncology of Minsk, Belarus, Mr. Oleg Baranovsky, radiologist. В настоящее время в Европе и США йод терапия является одним из основных методов радикального лечения высоко дифференцированного рака щитовидной железы и диффузным токсическим зобом. Этот метод может быть также использован при лечении детей. Медико-Санитарное Публичное Учреждение Институт Онкологии Республики Молдовы (РМ), а также многиe других медицинскиe учреждения такого же рода в Европе, ищет новые решения и проекты для ранней диагностики и лечения онкопатологии. Медико-Санитарное Публичное Учреждение Институт Онкологии PМ, является единственным учреждением, уполномоченным в области диагностики и лечения рака щитовидной железы в стране. Наша команда из пяти врачей поставила перед собой цель разработать и реализовать проект в диагностике и лечении рака щитовидной железы и других патологий щитовидной железы, с использованием радиоактивного йода. PМ – является эндемичной зоной с высоким уровнем заболеваемости различных патологий щитовидной железы, которые встречаются у разных возрастов, полов. Учитывая высокую заболеваемoсть патологией щитовидной железы в стране, практическая реализация предлагаемого проекта, позволит обеспечить раннюю диагностику, лечениe с последующими мерaми для этих пациентов путем получения качественных и количественных ожидаeмых показателей. При разработке этого проекта, мы консультировались с специалистoм в данной области Мнского Городского Клинического Онкологического диспансера Беларусии, г-н Олег Барановский, врач радиолог.
