This paper is dedicated to the applicative aspects of analysis of a joint stock company’s social capital reduction. There are studied problems related to analysis of the degree of withdrawal of placed shares and the reduction of social capital composed of shares without nominal or fixed value, in case when social capital’s reduction occurs through the cancellation of treasury shares. Mentioned aspects are investigated based on real examples of domestic stock companies. |
