At 151 adults with osteoarthritis of knee and hip joint’s, arisen as a result of spondyloepiphysial dysplasia were investigated. Immunological and histological studies have allowed to reveal, that osteoarthritis at patientes with spondyloepiphysial dysplasia proceeds against infringements of the immune status, which create preconditions for development autoimmune reactions with activization of inflammatory processes in joints. Considering impossibility of carrying out aetiological treatments of early stages osteoarthritis at patientes with spondyloepiphysial dysplasia, in a complex of conservative treatment of the given group of patients expediently use of сhondroprotective аgents, anti-inflammatory drugs and correction of immune status. |
