The article deals with the actual problem on the status of information stored on the Internet, and search capabilities of the Internet. The authors emphasize that, on the one hand, increased the
value of information, on the other side of the network there was a loss of value of information. This contradiction was the support for the scientific study of the organization of information on the
Internet. The authors present a method for organizing information on the Internet. |
